Bank Capek Antri

For a bank that claiming itself as the biggest bank in Indonesia, this bank has LOUSY service. Any one of you ever experienced it, please raise your hand.

Here are my thoughts:

This bank (claiming itself as the biggest bank in Indonesia) couldnt even afford to provide a good queue system for their customers. The management probably thinks: What??? A queue machine? (I m sure you know what I m talking about, those machines that give customers a number so they can sit and relax until their turn arrives.) Those things are too expensive! We spent all of our money in hundreds of prize cars we give away each month! The cars are more important than a queue machine!

This bank (claiming itself as the biggest bank in Indonesia) wouldnt provide their customers with an adequate number of tellers. Tellers? What for? Dont we have hi-tech Automatic Teller Machines? Just let those customers drawing and transferring their money with those things, our goal is to provide them as less as human resources as possible. So if they have to wait for two hours before tellers, its their own fault.

This bank (claiming itself provides freedom and simplicity of transaction) didnt even have to bother to provide decent receipt papers for their customers who finally using ATM to draw their money when they re too tired to wait in miles and miles of lines. Instead of good paper with good quality ink, they give us these LOUSY fax papers with NONSTICKY ink, the kind of papers you cannot use as prove that you have paid your electricity, phone, water, and cellular phone bills.

You know the worst part of it? That people cannot release themselves from the bondage of this bank. Why? Because they believe that THIS is the biggest bank in Indonesia! It does like if we dont have this bank account, all of our financial live will be clogged. People will have problems with their payment transfers.

If anyone of you said: Why dont use their technologies like Klik Bank Capek Antri, Debit Bank Capek Antri, Tunai Bank Capek Antri? Well, probably because I m an average Bank Capek Antri s customers who dont trust our transactions using those undetected facilities.

If we dont get receipts when we draw our money using its ATM, the writings on our receipts will be erased in a month and they dont even provide us with better queue system, why should we trust them cutting Rp 5.000 to Rp 20.000 of our money every month for such a LOUSY service?

Because people believe that THIS IS the biggest bank in Indonesia, and we have to follow them if we want our financial live to flow smoothly.

ARRGHH!!
